Terms of Service:

Waypoint Recruitment (“Waypoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides recruitment, staffing, and career services through our website, candidate database, and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“User,” “Candidate,” or “Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Clients (employers/facilities) must be licensed entities in good standing.

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2. Candidate Services

  • Candidates may submit resumes, career information, and wage data voluntarily.

  • By submitting materials, candidates grant Waypoint a non-exclusive right to use such information for recruitment purposes.

  • Candidates remain solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided.

3. Client Services

  • Clients engaging Waypoint agree to pay fees under the terms of their signed service agreement.

  • Waypoint makes no guarantee of candidate placement or performance.

  • All candidate introductions are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without written consent.

4. Wage Transparency Database

  • Submissions are anonymous and voluntary.

  • Waypoint verifies data against open sources and facility-provided information where possible.

  • Waypoint does not guarantee accuracy and disclaims liability for decisions made based on wage data.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misrepresent identity or credentials.

  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.

  • Attempt to interfere with, scrape, or exploit the Services.

6. Confidentiality & Data

  • Candidate data is handled in accordance with Waypoint’s Privacy Policy.

  • Clients may only use candidate data for legitimate hiring purposes.

  • Waypoint does not sell candidate data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Waypoint is not responsible for employment outcomes, facility performance, or third-party actions.

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

Waypoint may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
